Karina Candamo

With nearly 30 years of design experience, Karina brings a unique combination of architectural background and a refined eye for interiors. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from The Catholic University of America and continued her education at the New York School of Interior Design. She is also an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer.

Throughout her career, Karina has worked across a diverse range of design disciplines. She began her career in corporate and workplace interiors before specializing in multifamily design, leading projects from concept through completion at renowned firms including Gensler, R2L Architects, and Carlyn & Company. Alongside her professional career, she has also worked on select private residential projects.

Karina believes the best design begins with carefully listening to and understanding each client's needs, vision, and priorities. Whether working on a commercial or residential project, her approach remains the same: thoughtful, collaborative, and focused.
